The precise, systematic, definite, particular, linear, exact and robust scientific method was developed validated for the assay of Cypermethrin in 25% EC Insecticide Injection, USP 500 mg/vial. Presently utilized 25 % as a working standard having limit 95% development validation. quantitative determination bring to accomplished by HPLC- Waters - Alliance 510 system equipped with UV/PDA detector. Methanol, Acetonitrile water ratio (60:20:20 v/v/v) used mobile phase flow rate 1.0 ml / min. 20 minutes run time. detection carried at 225 nm Nucleosil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 x 10 µm) ambient temperature maintained. In this connection, uses μl injection volume diluent blank solution. linearity found be linear range 50% 150% concentration analytical is ppm 75 ppm. accuracy precision were within acceptable. present HPLC suitable. solution stable up 48 Hrs room temperature.
